About the NeuroSwitch™ Program

This program is a brain-based weight loss program, why because your brain is the organ that controls everything from your hunger to the reason you grabbed that cupcake. The focus of this program is to teach you how to live healthy every day not just for a time and to do that you need to understand how your brain currently works. The key to reaching your healthiest weight is not about trying to lose weight! You - or someone you know - had probably completed a weight loss program or diet before, and lost dozens of pounds, only to gain back some (or all) of those pounds later. Or maybe you failed to lose weight or even start your program in the first place because it seemed too hard. You’re not alone and it’s not your fault!


The reason people often don’t succeed with weight loss is pretty simple. Most programs focus ONLY on weight loss. Diets like the South Beach (Diet), The Atkins (Diet), The Ketogenic (Diet), and so on have been a great start for millions of people. But then what? This is why at Neuroswitch we not only focus on losing weight but keeping it off, through neuro-scientific mechanisms.


So many things can affect the weight loss journey and our brain keeps track of everything we experienced in our lives. The brain dictates our behaviors more than anything and is part of the reason you may go back to old behaviors or stop doing good behaviors.
